genuine question anyone tried every ten days or every fortnight as a maintenance schedule

the honest answer to is this forever is that nobody knows and the drug only works while you are taking it, i have it written down somewhere

stopped 8 months ago and put 31 back on, what did people do at that point

FM

is maintenance different between tirzepatide and the others or is that all anecdote

GG

STEP 4 is the one where they stopped and it came back isnt it, has anyone read the actual numbers

i dropped from 15 to 2.4 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months

if i go back up after regain does it work the same the second time

GG

unrelated but how much regain did people get in the first 14 months after stopping

update on the earlier thing FLOW is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion

ok so coming back after 19 months of maintenance, is anyone interested in the numbers

appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for, ill dig out the number

GG

i came off for four months, put 31 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers

PP

cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower

SS

maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested, not advice obviously

GG

coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month

GG

ok so nobody here can tell you whether to stop. we can tell you what happened to us when we did

harder than losing
