#lab-requests 2026-04-10

Friday17 messages3 participantstimes are UTC
Highlights from this day
  • kelp_keeps — we have never had a lab mix up a sample. we have had members mix up their own labelling twice 08:22
  • tb500_tobias — right so whats the current turnaround, last one took 7 days 09:16
  • tb500_tobias — slightly off topic but two labs on the same lot is a luxury but it is how we learned what inter-lab variance looks like 09:17
  • tb500_tobias — i would rather fund one careful quantity test than three purity tests we do not help with wording beyond that and the mods are strict about it 09:18

update from 8 months ago: the blinding process is unchanged and it has held up fine

genuine question coming back after 9 months, is the submission process the same

whats the split

can i add a second lot to the same submission

i keep half the sample back so there is something to send if the first one goes missing, n of 1 obviously
