- VialBot — Inter-lab diff for lot B-0114: 98.6% vs 99.4%. Within expected range. 16:32
- HPLC_Hank — submissions go out blinded. the lab gets a code, not a supplier name. that removes one variable, it is not distrust, thats just me 16:39
- HPLC_Hank — a code and a lot number on the syringe in permanent marker. that is the whole labelling requirement, still working it out 18:10
thats the turnaround
label the syringe
how long do you keep the retained half of the sample

whats the split
submissions go out blinded. the lab gets a code, not a supplier name. that removes one variable, it is not distrust, thats just me
coordinating this round
anyone want to co-fund a quantity test on a lot i already own
i keep half the sample back so there is something to send if the first one goes missing
turnaround has been between 12 days and twice that depending on the queue
two labs on the same lot is a luxury but it is how we learned what inter-lab variance looks like
how do we stop the pool telling us about the pool instead of my vial
send a capped syringe with enough for a rerun. the minimum is never enough if they need to repeat it, n of 1 obviously
*Janoshik not the other one
how many people do we need before the split is worth it
in for one
a code and a lot number on the syringe in permanent marker. that is the whole labelling requirement, still working it out
whats the current turnaround, last one took 23 days
update from 15 months ago: the blinding process is unchanged and it has held up fine
a pooled result tells you about the pool. it does not tell you about your vial
coming back after 26 months, is the submission process the same
how are we splitting the cost this time
send powder
add a standard
