- eight_mm — i have eight sites and an eight week rotation. it is written on the fridge 15:35
- rotate_the_site — i bled a bit, is that a needle depth thing 16:18

- eight_mm — i changed nothing except letting the swab dry and the stinging stopped completely 17:14

i keep getting a small welt at the site, technique or reaction
i bled a bit, is that a needle depth thing
thats a reaction
let the alcohol dry. that is ninety percent of "my injections sting", someone check my working
update from 12 months ago: switched to a fixed rotation and the site reactions stopped

bleeding a little means you nicked a small vessel. it is not a technique failure
cold from the fridge genuinely stings more. i let it sit out for ten minutes

is there any reason to warm the vial in your hand first
i mark the rotation in a notes app because the marks fade and i lost track twice
the needle went in fine but it stung going in, alcohol or the compound
i inject the back of my own arm and it is awkward but doable with a mirror
