Highlights from this day
  • LC_MS_Lena — do you trust an area percent from a shallow gradient 18:15
  • HPLC_Hank — retention time is a hint, not a fingerprint. two different peptides can co-elute perfectly happily 18:18
  • LC_MS_Lena — a dimer usually shows up late and at roughly double the mass. the chromatogram alone will not tell you 18:58

while im here i have a number at about a third of what i expected, is that a charge state

LM

does retention time on its own tell you what the compound is

a dimer usually shows up late and at roughly double the mass. the chromatogram alone will not tell you

thats a charge state

coming back after 26 months, what changed in how you read these
