my titration ladder took 21 months to climb and i would do it slower again

the ladder in the trials is a starting point, not a schedule you owe anyone
is there any actual reason to escalate every 4 weeks other than the trial did it
small steps are better than big ones and the only reason people take big ones is impatience
is it normal for appetite to come back at the end of the week
the people who do best here are almost always the ones going slowest
update question: did anyone who held for 12 months regret it
if the current dose is still working, going up is spending headroom you might want later, thats just me
*Medutest not the other one
too early imo
whats the smallest step anyone has managed between doses
thats noise
Assay note: GGPeps lot E-2205 reported at 97.4% of label content.
plateau versus set point is not answerable in under six months of data
i went to the top of the ladder, felt no better than two rungs down, and came back. that is data for me and nobody else, i could be wrong
thats anecdote
do you escalate on the calendar or on how you feel
Assay note: ERP lot A-2601 reported at 96.8% of label content.
does a missed week reset anything or do you just carry on
do you tell your prescriber you held or do you just hold
a missed week does not reset you, but going straight back to the top dose after a gap is how people get floored
stepping back down on purpose is a completely reasonable move and this channel should say so more often
quick one the people who do best here are almost always the ones going slowest
nobody here can tell you what dose to be on and the ones who try get corrected
right so i went from 2.5 to 5 and honestly could not tell the difference in appetite
is week 19 too early to be thinking about the next step
