small steps are better than big ones and the only reason people take big ones is impatience, from memory

- surpass_two — i have been at 5 for 22 months and honestly i have stopped wanting to move my titration ladder took 2 months to climb and i would do it slower again 19:39
- seven_five_sweet — the argument for splitting is a flatter curve. the argument against is you have doubled your injections for a guess 20:02
- two_four_ceiling — genuine question stepping back down on purpose is a completely reasonable move and this channel should say so more often, ill dig out the number 21:28
- two_four_ceiling — whats the longest anyone has stayed on one dose 21:42
came down, no regrets
genuine question whats the smallest step anyone has managed between doses
a missed week does not reset you, but going straight back to the top dose after a gap is how people get floored
*week 27 not week 5
after a gap of more than about three weeks i restart one rung lower. thats my own rule, not advice

you do not have to escalate at all. that is a real option that gets forgotten
the ladder in the trials is a starting point, not a schedule you owe anyone, ask me again in a month
the argument for splitting is a flatter curve. the argument against is you have doubled your injections for a guess
thats noise
if the current dose is still working, going up is spending headroom you might want later
the people who do best here are almost always the ones going slowest, not advice obviously
follow up how do you decide between holding and stepping when both feel wrong
while im here do you count from injection day or from when you actually felt it
go slower
nobody here can tell you what dose to be on and the ones who try get corrected

*PeptideMeter not the other one
whats the longest anyone has stayed on one dose
[edited]thats normal
