is there a point where going up stops buying you anything
coming down from 1 to 0.5, how bad is the appetite rebound
steady state is 5 weeks
for the archive the trials escalated on a fixed schedule because a trial has to. you are not a trial
for the archive holding is not failing. most people here who lasted two years held at least one dose for months
whats the smallest step anyone has managed between doses
update question: did anyone who held for 11 months regret it
New independent result logged — HJ, lot E-2205, purity 97.4% (Janoshik).
if i hold at 5 indefinitely am i losing anything
is there any actual reason to escalate every 4 weeks other than the trial did it
i escalate on symptoms. if the current dose is still doing something i stay on it
i went up too fast and im paying for it, do i drop back or ride it out
small steps are better than big ones and the only reason people take big ones is impatience
i went from 5 to 15 and honestly could not tell the difference in appetite
if you are asking whether to go up, the fact you are asking usually means not yet
n of 1

anyone tracked whether a smaller more frequent dose changed their side effects
i drifted from sunday to wednesday over a year and only noticed when i checked the log
too early imo
does a missed week reset anything or do you just carry on
dose day drift is mostly harmless with a weekly compound, but pick a day and defend it
while im here update from 15 months ago: held at the same dose the whole time and still losing slowly
anyone here split their weekly into two and would they do it again
i went to the top of the ladder, felt no better than two rungs down, and came back. that is data for me and nobody else
my titration ladder took 13 months to climb and i would do it slower again
appetite returning at the end of the week is extremely common and is not the dose failing
the honest answer is that most of us are running protocols nobody has ever studied
whats the longest anyone has stayed on one dose
