not advice
#dosing-titration 2025-03-17
thats noise
i drifted from sunday to wednesday over a year and only noticed when i checked the log
if i took it 6 days late do i shift the schedule or go back to the old day
how long did you hold at 2.4 before you moved up
i hold for two months minimum before i decide a dose has stopped doing anything
coming down from 0.25 to 12, how bad is the appetite rebound
a missed week does not reset you, but going straight back to the top dose after a gap is how people get floored
Channel stats, last 30 days: 90 messages from 16 members.
dose day drift is mostly harmless with a weekly compound, but pick a day and defend it
how much does the last dose still matter 9 days later
nobody here can tell you what dose to be on and the ones who try get corrected
coming back to this do you count from injection day or from when you actually felt it
does a missed week reset anything or do you just carry on
i have been at 12 for 9 months and honestly i have stopped wanting to move
if the current dose is still working, going up is spending headroom you might want later
end of week thing
[edited]you do not have to escalate at all. that is a real option that gets forgotten
my titration ladder took 9 months to climb and i would do it slower again
New independent result logged — CPC, lot H-2814, purity 99.4% (Janoshik).
slightly off topic but i went from 7.5 to 0.5 and honestly could not tell the difference in appetite
update from 11 months ago: held at the same dose the whole time and still losing slowly
is it normal for appetite to come back at the end of the week
holding is not failing. most people here who lasted two years held at least one dose for months
came down, no regrets
for the archive after a gap of more than about three weeks i restart one rung lower. thats my own rule, not advice, anyway
the people who do best here are almost always the ones going slowest
half life is a week
plateau versus set point is not answerable in under six months of data
the ladder in the trials is a starting point, not a schedule you owe anyone
go slower
whats the smallest step anyone has managed between doses
do you escalate on the calendar or on how you feel
has anyone gone up and then straight back down and been glad they tried
