Cagrilintide monotherapy, dose ranging. The combination trials came later.
CC

i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me

is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation

slower than the others

two VendorInvestigate results on the same KP lot came back 97.4 and 99, closer than i expected

CC

the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule

DF

if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way

JJ

ok so back after 26 months, is monotherapy still a minority thing here

noticed something around week 33 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to

went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule

OO

the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave, someone check my working

monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected

update on the earlier thing anyone stopped the GLP-1 and kept only this

🧪16🎉1💀6

stopped for 3 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose

AT

dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 7 months, appetite held but weight barely moved

BB

the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing

anyone dosing this on a different day to their tirzepatide

BB

nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like, someone check my working

TT

REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work

is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds

[edited]

thats the phase 3 one

SH

added it to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible

combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere

its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake, someone check my working

1🔥1

did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming

does the fullness effect fade the way appetite suppression does
