#cagrilintide 2025-10-24
- lead_time_lars — is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation 22:46
- VialBot — Assay note: MKM lot KP-0925 reported at 99.4% of label content. 23:01
- quiet.hours — nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like, thats just me 23:11
- split_dose_sam — held at 2.5 for 3 months on monotherapy before i touched it again 23:30
went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information, anyway
added it to an existing cagrilintide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
did the combination change your GI compared to the GLP-1 alone
anyone dosing this on a different day to their tirzepatide
combination for me
sorry to jump in is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here
*sorry, SSA
anyone holding at 12 for a while before stepping
i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 2 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
ok so did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming
cant separate them
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect
slower than the others
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way, for what its worth
anyone got two Janoshik results on the same QST lot for this
is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation
combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere
dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 6 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave
amylin not glp-1
did anyone add this to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both
update on the earlier thing you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could
separate days
underwhelming honestly
changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing
Assay note: MKM lot KP-0925 reported at 99.4% of label content.
noticed something around week 28 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to, i think
thats the phase 3 one
REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like, thats just me
has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work

right so €120 for a 5 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
cagrisema thats it
titrating dead slow
different not less
anyone stopped the GLP-1 and kept only this
held at 2.5 for 3 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent, thats just me
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule
update on the earlier thing the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair
is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
monotherapy here
REDEFINE is the trial
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
