how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
#cagrilintide 2025-10-01
- provincial_pat — anyone got two Janoshik results on the same QSC lot for this 12:38
- two_four_ceiling — is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own… 13:49
- two_four_ceiling — sorry to jump in changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing 14:48
- power_cut_pia — dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 25 months, appetite held but weight barely moved, your mileage will differ 16:13
- two_four_ceiling — held at 10 for 7 months on monotherapy before i touched it again 16:14

REDEFINE is the trial
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing
[edited]anyone holding at 15 for a while before stepping
the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave, ill dig out the number
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first
combination for me
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like
fullness rather than nausea
is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule
amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right
[edited]coming back to this combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule, i could be wrong
the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair
sorry to jump in changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing
[edited]you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect
did the nausea feel different to you or just less
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
cant separate them
amylin not glp-1
is the weekly schedule the same here
dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 25 months, appetite held but weight barely moved, your mileage will differ
held at 10 for 7 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 17 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
whats the recon people use, 10 in 1ml
i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which
went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
$72 for a 5 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming
weekly for me, same day every week, no reason beyond habit, i have it written down somewhere
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 10 months im still sceptical, just less so
40 in 2ml gives 8mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round, happy to be corrected
