- oasis_ola — anyone got two Janoshik results on the same KP lot for this 10:24
- gip_glp_gil — how slow are people titrating this compared to semaglutide 12:05
- lipase_lore — amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist 13:31

different not less
[edited]anyone got two Janoshik results on the same KP lot for this
combination for me
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect, your mileage will differ
right so how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
held mine a while
while im here whats REDEFINE testing exactly
thats the phase 3 one
went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information, thats just me
how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
£38 for a 15 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
how slow are people titrating this compared to semaglutide
monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside
its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
coming back to this the fullness effect hasnt faded over 19 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
weekly for me, same day every week, no reason beyond habit
titrating dead slow
stopped for 3 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose
slower than the others
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist
is the weekly schedule the same here
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here
did anyone add this to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 1 months im still sceptical, just less so
for the archive held at 10 for 5 months on monotherapy before i touched it again, happy to be corrected
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing
is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 26 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
anyone stopped the GLP-1 and kept only this
underwhelming honestly
genuine question nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like
did the nausea feel different to you or just less
cant separate them
changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing, happy to be corrected
i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which
lost 9lb over 4 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it
the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave
REDEFINE is the trial
