while im here if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way, for what its worth

- eat_more_please — the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first, ill dig out the number 16:56

thats the phase 3 one
is the weekly schedule the same here
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
quick one dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule
monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work
noticed something around week 20 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to, n of 1 obviously
went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information, we shall see
held mine a while
fullness rather than nausea
combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere
you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first, ill dig out the number
while im here changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing
Verification log updated: QYB — evidence added, status unchanged.
its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
ok so REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, i could be wrong
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing
ok so the fullness effect hasnt faded over 13 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
lost 102lb over 25 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it
added it to an existing semaglutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
anyone got two Medutest results on the same CPC lot for this
Purity check: no report on file for lot H-2814. Nothing logged either way.
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like
is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
5 in 2.5ml gives 10mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round
