£240 for a 20 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
#cagrilintide 2025-08-03
follow up i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 7 months im still sceptical, just less so
monotherapy here
its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
[edited]slightly off topic but 2 in 1.5ml gives 10mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round
anyone got two Medutest results on the same QST lot for this
back after 4 months, is monotherapy still a minority thing here

CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
did the nausea feel different to you or just less
REDEFINE is the trial
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first
underwhelming honestly
amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right
stopped for 12 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose
