for the archive nobody announces a revocation quickly, they sit on it until the paperwork is unambiguous
i complained about the wording of one of these and it got rewritten, so it is worth saying

revocation isnt permanent, it flips back when theres a clean independent result

does the new pinned resource replace the old recon page or sit next to it
