any idea why the status changed, the announcement doesnt say
right so when they say provisional does that mean anything different in practice
reading it again it does say the window is 7 weeks, i just missed it first time
when does the archive change actually take effect
a revocation with no stated reason usually means the reason is somebody elses to disclose
