VV

nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 23 now

VV

kept 31 of it off for 23 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of

thats a big drop

VV

cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone

VV

i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny

🙏4
VV

coming back after 23 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody

NS

does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered

[edited]
LL

the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was, we shall see

LL

half a stone in 6 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening

i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about

FT

my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial

LL

LL

the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much

LL

somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly

still here at month 14

is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect

LL

repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in

slightly off topic but how long did it take before you believed it was actually working

LL

hit 10 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal

LL

blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets

well done

the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available

RS

down 103 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine

the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance

SS

down 35 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win

AA

size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop

RS

down 6 since 7 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at

RT

for the archive i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls

honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug

PP

please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it

💀11

how do you celebrate this without it being about food

BB

first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point
