MM

bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting, n of 1 obviously

CO

i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about

sorry to jump in my knees stopped hurting around 32 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage

CO

for the archive 17 down in 8 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale

NW

somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly

*Janoshik not the other one

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot SG-1177: 97.4% vs 96.8%. Within expected range.

congrats

i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did

keep going

NW

no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do

PB

STEP 4 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better

went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win

VB

Batch lookup B-0329: 4 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-12-29.

thats a big drop

VB

Testing queue: 7 submissions open, 60 awaiting dispatch.

the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available

my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial

the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance

FM

nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 4 now

the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much

😂1

went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason

follow up down 85 and my resting heart rate dropped 7 bpm, related or not

TT

congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother, take that with a pinch of salt

❤️6

months not weeks

BB

unrelated but my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same

ok so down 47 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win

HL

i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything

unrelated but careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two

[edited]
HL

week three nearly finished me and im at month 7 now, does anyone want the boring version

🔥6📈1💀1
AA

i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off

ok so i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls

HL

anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself

HL

resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know

HL

right so my wedding ring fits again after 26 months, does anyone else measure things that arent weight

🤝1📈4🙏3

thats brilliant

TT

please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it

blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets

quick one a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it, ymmv
