brilliant a1c
went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
update on the earlier thing does anyone else keep one pair of old jeans purely as a measuring device
thats not showing off
down 30 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone
thats the win
slightly off topic but my knees stopped hurting around 28 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
thats brilliant
update on the earlier thing does the room want the numbers or just the story
what non scale thing surprised you most
coming back after 23 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
slow is fine
i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off
right so STEP 4 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything
ok so does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered
genuine question went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
for the archive i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
youre allowed to be pleased
down 55 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
*Medutest not the other one
still here at month 14
a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
hit 11 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal
how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert
the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
ring fitting is the best one
