i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust

a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it

kept 14 of it off for 7 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of, your mileage will differ

my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial

anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself

unrelated but my knees stopped hurting around 40 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
