- mhra_unlicensed — nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 20 now 20:38
- mhra_unlicensed — i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls 20:50
- mhra_unlicensed — update on the earlier thing 10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month 21:12
- tenpence — anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself 21:13
- monoisotopic — does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered 22:21
what non scale thing surprised you most
coming back after 14 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect
nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 20 now
follow up i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it, happy to be corrected
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert
the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance
update on the earlier thing 10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself
brilliant a1c
slightly off topic but honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug
[edited]months not weeks
down 67 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
still here at month 14
does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered
m0 118.4
m1 113.9
m2 110.2
m3 108.8
m4 108.1 <- the stall
m5 105.0
m6 101.6
m7 99.2resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
update on the earlier thing the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two, from memory
week three nearly finished me and im at month 24 now, does anyone want the boring version
thats brilliant
