Highlights from this day

  • quiet_head_qi — i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off 22:42
  • subq_sy — down 9 and my resting heart rate dropped 3 bpm, related or not 23:13
  • rotate_the_site — is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect 23:15
SS

the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going

SS

STEP 4 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better

update on the earlier thing resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know

KF

down 45 since 17 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at

SS

anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself

update on the earlier thing the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much

the stairs thing yeah

HM

i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls

thats the win

📉3⚠️2

somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial

QH

honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug, your mileage will differ

SS

no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do

RT

first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point

RT

down 51 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win

SS

down 9 and my resting heart rate dropped 3 bpm, related or not

the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was

i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny

RT

i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
