anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself

Purity check: no report on file for lot A-2418. Nothing logged either way.
how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert
cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone
genuine question does anyone else keep one pair of old jeans purely as a measuring device
repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
follow up i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
well done
the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
[edited]the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part

bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
thats the win
my wedding ring fits again after 15 months, does anyone else measure things that arent weight
kept 31 of it off for 15 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
does the room want the numbers or just the story
good bp move
half a stone in 9 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening
congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother, anyway
[edited]thats not showing off
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
right so coming back after 15 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything
a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much, happy to be corrected
is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect
somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
down 13 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was

i was down 33 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure, thats one data point
