- fasting_insulin — down 35 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine 19:31

week three nearly finished me and im at month 13 now, does anyone want the boring version

right so i was down 26 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure, n of 1 obviously
