YV

my knees stopped hurting around 18 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage, thats one data point

update on the earlier thing somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly

NF

i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything

careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two

YV

the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available

HM

i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny

HM

10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month

quick one the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much

22 down in 21 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale

PB

coming back to this hit 21 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal

WT

sorry to jump in congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night

SELECT reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better

NF

bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting

PB

nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 7 now, i think

does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered

thats a big drop

TE

unrelated but resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know

went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win, ask me again in a month

QH

cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone

QH

size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop

TE

i was down 23 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure, we shall see

repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in

HM

first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point

TE

blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets

HM

down 86 and my resting heart rate dropped 3 bpm, related or not

QH

cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night, i could be wrong

i nearly quit too

coming back after 22 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
