Highlights from this day
  • week_three_wall — down 96 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win 17:29
  • one_variable — slightly off topic but honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug 17:31
  • chaser_chris — 18 down in 25 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale 19:07
  • chaser_chris — i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking… 19:45

somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly

went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason

nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 23 now

i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything
