my first order from GL Biochem was fine and my fourth was better. they have improved

the room does not rank suppliers on price. it ranks them on whether what arrives matches what was described
reordering or trying somebody new, whats the argument for staying
quoted lead time versus actual is the number i track. the gap is the informative part
cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing
lead times stretch badly around chinese new year. order early or wait it out, we shall see
i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate

minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number
ask who actually makes it. about a third of suppliers answer honestly and that answer is worth a lot, thats just me
