support answering in two days is good. answering in nine is a data point about the whole operation, ill dig out the number
i have never had a problem i could not resolve with TFC, which is a low bar and a lot of suppliers fail it

lead times stretch badly around chinese new year. order early or wait it out
i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate
i keep three suppliers on rotation so a stock gap never becomes a problem
right so a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour
who are people using for semaglutide at the moment
minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number
ask who actually makes it. about a third of suppliers answer honestly and that answer is worth a lot
