Highlights from this day
  • freeze_thaw — i would order from GGPeps again and i would still weigh the vials, as i would with anyone 21:15
  • freeze_thaw — slightly off topic but the room does not rank suppliers on price. it ranks them on whether what arrives matches what was described 21:35
  • never_for_sale — support answering in two days is good. answering in nine is a data point about the whole operation 22:19
  • never_for_sale — how many suppliers do people actually keep on rotation cheap per mg is not the same as good value. i have paid more twice and been glad both times 22:21

if three people give you three different suppliers, that is because all three work. pick one and test it

no sourcing requests by private message. not from members, not from suppliers, and we report anyone who tries, your mileage will differ

unrelated but better paperwork is worth paying for and i did not think that two years ago

WV

lead times stretch badly around chinese new year. order early or wait it out

sorry to jump in minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number

cheap per mg is not the same as good value. i have paid more twice and been glad both times, from memory

TN

FGP has been consistent for me across 3 orders which is what i actually want

a 10mg vial at 38 in a pack of five, plus 25 shipping, is 215 for 50mg. thats 4.30 per mg

is QST the manufacturer or a reseller

WV

sorry to jump in price per mg including shipping is the only comparison that means anything, ymmv

my first order from SGN was fine and my fourth was better. they have improved

CO

update from 1 months ago: switched suppliers on fill consistency, not on purity, not advice obviously

LO

quoted lead time versus actual is the number i track. the gap is the informative part, thats one data point

thats a reseller

VB

Assay note: KP lot F-1330 reported at 98.6% of label content.

a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour

FD

i have never had a problem i could not resolve with CPC, which is a low bar and a lot of suppliers fail it, take that with a pinch of salt

how long does support usually take to answer

FT

the packaging from SGN was the best i have had, double boxed with the tray intact

prices move without announcement more often than people expect. screenshot your invoice

WV

a reseller relabelling a synthesis house is a different risk profile from the synthesis house, i think

DV

ask who actually makes it. about a third of suppliers answer honestly and that answer is worth a lot

NF

support answering in two days is good. answering in nine is a data point about the whole operation

Digest for the week of 2025-12-22 has been published.

first order from BCH, anything i should know

a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour

a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour

is a cold pack standard or do you have to ask
