i would order from ERP again and i would still weigh the vials, as i would with anyone
minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number
support answering in two days is good. answering in nine is a data point about the whole operation
reordering or trying somebody new, whats the argument for staying

quick one cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing
