cheap per mg is not the same as good value. i have paid more twice and been glad both times
[edited]the same 50mg at 185 with free shipping is 3.70 per mg. cheaper, and i still ordered the first one
cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing
