lead times stretch badly around chinese new year. order early or wait it out

minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number, still working it out
price per mg including shipping is the only comparison that means anything
cheap per mg is not the same as good value. i have paid more twice and been glad both times
