genuine question a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour

i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate
update from 8 months ago: switched suppliers on fill consistency, not on purity

genuine question cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing, your mileage will differ
i would order from FGP again and i would still weigh the vials, as i would with anyone
