cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing
i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate

update from 13 months ago: switched suppliers on fill consistency, not on purity, thats just me
the same 50mg at 185 with free shipping is 3.70 per mg. cheaper, and i still ordered the first one
