a reseller relabelling a synthesis house is a different risk profile from the synthesis house
[edited]the room does not rank suppliers on price. it ranks them on whether what arrives matches what was described
ask who actually makes it. about a third of suppliers answer honestly and that answer is worth a lot
i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate
