because customers ask for it. QSC started including them after people complained they did not

a collapsed cake is usually a lyophilisation cycle issue or a stopper that let moisture in, not a shipping issue
if it dissolves clear and the mass is right i would still use it. if it is sticky or brown, do not
this one dissolved clear
