off label and unlicensed get used interchangeably in here and they are different. off label is a licensed product used outside its licence
cheapest legitimate route i found was a pharmacy led online service, and cheapest is only one axis of that decision

i paid $240 a month at a private clinic in 2024 and the price went up twice while i was with them
unlicensed isnt illegal

a member in dublin said their pharmacy supply was steadier than mine in england, which surprised both of us, your mileage will differ
follow up the private quotes i collected last spring ran from about 130 to about 250 a month depending on dose, and that will have moved since
while im here the online clinics vary enormously in how much they check. one wanted a video call and photographs and one wanted almost nothing
that was 2024
coming back to this a private prescription in the uk was dispensable at any pharmacy willing to take it, in my experience of it, i could be wrong
northern ireland sits under different arrangements from great britain and those have changed more than once, so do not treat anything i say about it as current

the criteria included a bmi threshold plus comorbidities when i read them, and they have been revised since, so check rather than trust me, thats just me
i rang eleven pharmacies and the twelfth had it. that was one winter, and it is not a strategy, i have it written down somewhere
