Highlights from this day
  • nhs_pathway_nell — i rang eleven pharmacies and the twelfth had it. that was one winter, and it is not a strategy, anyway 02:41
  • wrong_network — coming back to this when i checked last year my local specialist service was quoting eighteen months to two years, and that was for a first appointment 03:09
  • retention_time — anyone in scotland or wales finding it different from england 03:53

scotland differs

NP

ireland runs its own reimbursement system and as best i understood it a year ago the picture there was less generous than people expect

MP

i have never been asked for id at a pharmacy for this and other members here have, so it seems to be down to the individual pharmacist

the shortage was upstream of the pharmacies as far as anyone here could tell, and shouting at counter staff achieved nothing

WN

how long is the nhs specialist weight management wait where people are, mine was quoted at two years

coming back to this when i checked last year my local specialist service was quoting eighteen months to two years, and that was for a first appointment

WN

off label and unlicensed get used interchangeably in here and they are different. off label is a licensed product used outside its licence

NP

the pharmacy gap in my area lasted about six weeks when i went through it, and it was member reported as nationwide at the time

KF

member reported tier 3 waits in england were all over the place, from nine months to nearly three years, as of about a year ago

AN

wales was reported in here as slower to get started and steadier once you were in, and that was second hand, i have it written down somewhere
