border force stopped a parcel of mine and sent a letter, and that was the whole of it. no follow up and no knock at the door
the criteria included a bmi threshold plus comorbidities when i read them, and they have been revised since, so check rather than trust me, i think
ireland runs its own reimbursement system and as best i understood it a year ago the picture there was less generous than people expect
sorry to jump in cheapest legitimate route i found was a pharmacy led online service, and cheapest is only one axis of that decision

scotland ran a different process from england when i looked into it, and a member there reported a shorter wait
