coming back to this i paid €55 a month at a private clinic in 2024 and the price went up twice while i was with them, thats one data point
when i checked last year my local specialist service was quoting eighteen months to two years, and that was for a first appointment
an irish member told me their out of pocket cost was noticeably higher than the uk equivalent when they compared in 2024
gp said they cant prescribe it at all, is that national or a local budget thing
i rang eleven pharmacies and the twelfth had it. that was one winter, and it is not a strategy
for the archive as of when i last looked, nhs access ran through specialist weight management services and the criteria were tight

the private quotes i collected last spring ran from about 130 to about 250 a month depending on dose, and that will have moved since
nobody here can tell you what your gp will do. the variation between practices is the whole story in england, we shall see
cheapest legitimate route i found was a pharmacy led online service, and cheapest is only one axis of that decision
