ireland runs its own reimbursement system and as best i understood it a year ago the picture there was less generous than people expect

when i checked last year my local specialist service was quoting eighteen months to two years, and that was for a first appointment, anyway

off label and unlicensed get used interchangeably in here and they are different. off label is a licensed product used outside its licence
