whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different

ST

plateaued at 32 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

checked the units twice

CO

the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 31

ST

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

my Medutest result on a SWB vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them

OO

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table

easier gi for me

FF

while im here the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works

FF

held 10 for 8 months and lost 25kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

i sat at 7.5 for 21 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from

EE

restarted at 2.5 after 3 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later

VB

Digest for the week of 2026-03-09 has been published.

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

NP

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

NP

SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
