wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)

coming back to this is the 2 vial the common one or do people use 30

no clean conversion

the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works

did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this

the 15 vial in 0.5ml gives 10mg/ml which puts 2 on 25 units, nice round numbers

switched last year

switched from 0.5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
