does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving

GIP plus GLP-1
titrate slow
SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
easier gi for me
slightly off topic but is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
at 15 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
10 was enough
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
$120 for a 2 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
same plateau here
[edited]how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line, ill dig out the number
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
*week 15 not week 7
quick one is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
15 is the top
[edited]5 did nothing
[edited]i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me, thats just me
went back to semaglutide after 18 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
switched from 2 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
quick one changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
ok so if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
checked the units twice
New independent result logged — FGP, lot E-2205, purity 99.2% (Medutest).
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
*PeptideMeter not the other one
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
did going from 5 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
