OO

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

€38 for a 5 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year

unrelated but anyone got a 2 recon they like for the 5 vials

coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5

72 weeks, tirzepatide 5, 10 and 15mg against placebo.

the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 8

RR

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 11 months at 7.5 not needing more

RR

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

LT

slightly off topic but whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different

RR

coming back to this the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number

start low anyway

LT

dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line

📉8🔥2⚠️10

held 10 for 23 months and lost 12kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that, i think

*Medutest not the other one

ZZ

does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving

LT

same plateau here

OO

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me

📉1😂1🤝13

switched last year

wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)

40 units of a 8 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time

MC

is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule

VB

New independent result logged — KP, lot KP-0925, purity 99% (Janoshik).

MC

the 15 vial in 0.5ml gives 5mg/ml which puts 1.7 on 50 units, nice round numbers, n of 1 obviously

MC

im at 2 and thinking about 2.4, did anyone gain anything from that step

ST

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

🧊1

the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact, for what its worth

OO

my PeptideMeter result on a CPC vial came in at 99 which is why i keep buying from them

GIP plus GLP-1

7❤️17🧊7

switched from 5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it

IO

while im here does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger

at 2.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses

👀5

titrate slow

VB

Recon calculator: 40mg in 3ml = 8mg/ml.

OO

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so

PP

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later

MS

licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 8 months at 7.5 not needing more
