- stack_sceptic — my PeptideMeter result on a WWB vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them 12:23
- u100_pat — the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar 13:16
- thursday_thea — the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works 15:10
- u100_pat — the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier, still working it out 18:53
the 5 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml which puts 2 on 50 units, nice round numbers
how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does, take that with a pinch of salt
SURMOUNT is weight
im at 12 and thinking about 15, did anyone gain anything from that step
back after 13 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough
£38 for a 5 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year, someone check my working
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
titrate slow
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
checked the units twice
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
same plateau here
15 is the top
did going from 1 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
no clean conversion
is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
10 was enough
7.5 gang
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
right so is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 4
start low anyway
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
quick one coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
sorry to jump in SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me, ask me again in a month
at 15 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
held 10 for 11 months and lost 32kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that, i think
SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial
at 2.5 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
5 did nothing
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 7
GIP plus GLP-1
for the archive restarted at 2.5 after 21 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
sorry to jump in anyone got a 8 recon they like for the 10 vials
plateaued at 19 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
follow up 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up, not advice obviously
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier, still working it out
folklore probably
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found, we shall see
easier gi for me
