the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works

plateaued at 34 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

checked the units twice
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 23 months at 7.5 not needing more
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
the 15 vial in 5ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 2.4 on 8 units, nice round numbers
im at 7.5 and thinking about 0.25, did anyone gain anything from that step
switched from 0.25 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it

SURMOUNT is weight
held 10 for 20 months and lost 34kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
10 was enough
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later, ask me again in a month
right so licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
