if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
[edited]anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
did going from 15 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
my Medutest result on a WXT vial came in at 98.6 which is why i keep buying from them
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 24
is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
went back to semaglutide after 9 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, i could be wrong
no clean conversion
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
unrelated but licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
same plateau here
switched last year
40 units of a 4 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
i sat at 7.5 for 8 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
the 2 vial in 1ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 5 on 25 units, nice round numbers

switched from 10 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
at 0.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
£120 for a 40 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
Inter-lab diff for lot B-0329: 99% vs 99.2%. Within expected range.
titrate slow
10 was enough
update on the earlier thing 5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
[edited]SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial
held 10 for 7 months and lost 42kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
7.5 gang
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that, ill dig out the number
coming back to this the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
at 0.25 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
start low anyway
[edited]start low anyway
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
checked the units twice
held 10 for 8 months and lost 26kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
plateaued at 26 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line, i have it written down somewhere
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later, still working it out
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
