Highlights from this day
  • plateau_pen — 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later 15:39
  • apob_over_ldl — plateaued at 26 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific 16:09
  • apob_over_ldl — the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact 16:18
  • apob_over_ldl — licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes,… 16:43
  • seven_five_sweet — if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table 16:56
AO

SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up

🎉7🔥2

how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump

whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different

SF

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table

SF

went back to semaglutide after 18 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

SF

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
my Janoshik result on a QSC vial came in at 99 which is why i keep buying from them
